The surveys created from an XLS form in ArcGIS Survey123 Connect do not provide a character count on text questions with repeats when viewing the survey from ArcGIS Survey123 in a web browser.

The issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Survey 3.11.Workaround
- Take surveys using the Survey123 Field App.
- Alternatively, the user creating a survey can add constrain arguments to limit string character input in the 'constraint' field and warn survey-takers who exceed the character constraint in the 'constrain_warning' field.
