The survey does not prompt to update to the latest version when accessed through a hyperlink in a web map's pop-up if the ArcGIS Survey123 app is already open and running in the background.

Workaround

Close the ArcGIS Survey123 mobile app, and click on the link again. If the mobile app is closed in the main menu for all the forms listed, and the mobile app opens again it will be on this page. When the user clicks on the form, the user is prompted to update.
