The Search ArcGIS Pro help search bar on pro.arcgis.com is not working in some countries and regions.

Workaround

Add pro.arcgis.com to the Trusted Sites in Internet Options:

1. Open the Control Panel application.
2. Select Network and Internet.
3. Click Internet Options.
4. In the Internet Properties dialog box, click the Security tab.
5. Select Trusted Sites and click the Sites button.
6. Add https://pro.arcgis.com as a trusted website.
