Workaround

Simplification of the resulting routes is configured in travel mode, which can be configured or adjusted for the organization by following the steps:

1. Navigate to the Organizations tab and click Settings.

2. Click Utility Services.

3. In the Directions & Routing section, click Create Travel Mode.

4. Set the Simplification Tolerance to the desired value. Or, edit an existing travel mode and set the Simplification Tolerance to the desired value.

Use the settings for all routes within the organization using travel modes. Low simplification tolerance returns more accurate geometry and more data.
