The raster function template in ArcMap 10.7 returns an error when exported, imported, and re-exported.

- Open the hillshade_bad.rft.xml file.
- At the top, delete the extra tag: <Function xsi:type="typens:RasterFunctionTemplate"> ... </Function>.
- Manually edit the file and remove the surrounding tag.
