Workaround

Add the hyperlinks to a new field in the feature layer's attribute table:

1. Configure the pop-up to include the hyperlink as a new field.
2. Copy the hyperlink from the pop-up by clicking a feature on the map.
3. Paste the link to the path bar in Windows File Explorer. The Windows media player is activated, and the MPG video plays as expected.
