The Pairwise Clip tool does not work correctly when polygons containing circular arc segments are set to clip features.

Workaround

Remove the circular arc segment from the feature class in one of the following ways.

• Run the Densify tool to a polygon feature class and export a polygon feature class to a shapefile.
• Use the Clip tool.
