When working with custom data in the nearby element, ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App is limited to the max record count of the service. Increase the max record count of the custom service to 5000 in order to use the maximum limit of a Nearby element in ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App.Workaround
To temporarily address this limitation, the max record count in the uploaded feature service's ArcGIS REST Services Directory can be adjusted from 2,000 to 5,000.
