For Oracle:To register the feature class as versioned once the Migrate Relationship Class tool is run, remove the unique attribute index on the FCNAME_GLOBALID field and re-create it as non-unique.For SQL Server/PostgreSQL:There is no workaround to migrate the relationship class to GlobalID based using the Migrate Relationship Class tool.
