The Merge tool in ArcGIS Pro produces a table with <Null> values when the input tables are browsed from a disk.

Workaround

1. Add the five attached tables to the ArcGIS Pro project.
2. Open the Merge tool and drag the tables from the Contents pane to the Input Datasets field.
3. Check the option to add the source information to output.
