The 'identify' requests for map services published from mosaic datasets through ArcGIS Pro fail to retrieve pixel values when making a GET request to the Identify tool in the ArcGIS Server REST endpoint.

Workaround

The 'identify' request in ArcGIS Pro works if the web traffic is taken from ArcGIS Pro during an 'identify' request using Fiddler. Inputting those parameters into the REST endpoint 'identify' request retrieves all of the correct information.
