The headings for a table-list appearance are not visible when repeats are applied on the groups in the ArcGIS Survey123 field app.

Workaround

Put the group with a table-list appearance in an extra group with a compact appearance to allow the headers to appear when the group is opened in the ArcGIS Survey123 app.
