The Get Services button in the Add Image Server Connection tool is disabled if the WMTS Tiles Misalignment patch is installed after installing the Raster Type Cumulative (RTC) patch for ArcGIS 10.3.1 for Desktop.

The ArcGIS 10.3.1 for Desktop WMTS Tiles Misalignment Patch must be installed before installing the ArcGIS 10.3.1 for Desktop Raster Type Cumulative Patch for the Get Services button to not be disabled. Uninstall and reinstall the ArcGIS 10.3.1 for Desktop Raster Type Cumulative Patch if the ArcGIS 10.3.1 for Desktop WMTS Tiles Misalignment Patch is installed after the ArcGIS 10.3.1 for Desktop Raster Type Cumulative Patch.Schritte zur Reproduzierung
