This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Online. If the issue persists, contact Esri Support Services as additional information is required for further investigation.Workaround
Use the generated credit report as the main detailed record as it was matching with the backend report. Also, depending on the organization level and credit activities, the dashboard may time out and be not as precise as the credit report.
