For vector tile layers, the option to 'Select attributes' from Settings on the Items Details page is not supported and will be removed from ArcGIS Enterprise as of version 11.5. To bring specific fields into vector tiles, use ArcGIS Pro to highlight the desired fields before publishing. The fields highlighted in ArcGIS Pro can be utilized in styling and pop ups once the cache is generated.
