Bug
The following error message, "Failure while acquiring SharedChemaLock for [Database.Schema2.Layer]. Version not found" is returned when synchronizing change in Schema1 from a secondary geodatabase to a geodata service if there is a relationship class in the dataset, which causes latency since Schema1 attempts to establish lock on all datasets.
