The field types displayed in the ArcGIS metadata "ESRI fields and Subtypes" within the ArcCatalog Description pane are randomly displaying incorrectly.

Metadata contains duplicate entries for a field: "location" and "Location". Delete one of these entries in the metadata editor (suggest "location", which is near the top) and save your changes.
