This issue is not reproducible when tested by the development team and will not be addressed at this time. If the behavior recurs, please report it to Esri Support Services.Workaround
The target feature service must be added to the map, and the FeatureSetByPortalItem() function can be replaced with the FeatureSetByName() function.
