The feature layer parameter for the stream layer output does not display fields in the dropdown menu when the layer is specified using an item ID (portalItemId).

Workaround

Refer to the associated feature layer using its URL instead of the portalItemId. In the Select Related Feature Layer section of the Stream Layer configuration, choose By URL from the dropdown menu located in the middle of the panel. Use the service URL, which can be found on the bottom right-hand side of the item’s details page.
