The major purpose of the layout legend is for the final map product. The legend on the Contents pane is used for the production process. After having transparency, the final appearance of the feature also depends on the background. To make the legend look the same as the map, use the light theme on ArcGIS Pro or update the map background to a darker color.Schritte zur Reproduzierung
