The exported layers are not drawn in ArcGIS Pro if the layers are joined with the CSV table.

The issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 2.8

Workaround

  1. Export the CSV file or table to the .dbf table.
  2. Add the table to ArcGIS Pro.
  3. Join the .dbf table to the layer (Table of content > Join and relate > Join).
  4. Export the layer after the join.
  5. Add the layer to the map.
