Bug
The error message "You don't have permissions to view this item. Try using a different ArcGIS account." is returned in the Viewer tab of ArcGIS for Teams when using a Portal for ArcGIS connection with Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA) single sign-on authentication.

This may be due to the specific items that are opened or the other settings enabled in the org (Online or Enterprise) though with the latest release there were some changes made to Single Sign On (SSO) and could be resolved. Verify if the latest updates amends the issue and if not some details on the items and settings could help us pin point the issue.Workaround
Verify with the latest release to ArcGIS for Teams v2024.2.
