The error message "Failed to execute query" or "Unable to complete operation." is returned when 'returnCountOnly' is set to 'true' and when the 'where' clause includes the shape.area or shape.length field when performing a query operation against a feature service referencing a feature class in an Oracle enterprise geodatabase.
