Workaround

Run the tool as often as needed to achieve the desired result.

For example, a vineyard of 268 rows can be produced from a rectangle rotated, moved and scaled over the first and last row, dividing it into three and then dividing each of the 3 into 89. The result is 267 polygons or 268 long edges (the rows).
