The disaster recovery workflow documentation needs to include information about pausing collaborations before completing the WebGISDR and restoring the WebGISDR backup onto the disaster recovery environment.

Workaround

Disable the collaborations on the production system (go to the collaboration and pause the sync) and take a WebGISDR backup at that point in time. When restoring the disaster recovery system, it restores with the collaborations disabled.
