Bug

The default path is incorrect for a script tool created in a toolbox on the C drive after the toolbox is copied and pasted into the system toolboxes directory.

Workaround

Create the toolbox on a drive other than C drive, or do not use relative paths when saving the toolbox and moving it to the system toolboxes.
