The default administrator in the organization does not see the correct group sharing icon for items owned by another account.

Item ownership is not transferrable to a user without sharing access to all groups that the item is shared. In order to have sharing access, the user must be the group owner, group manager, or group member if the group allows members to contribute content.Workaround
- Navigate to endpoint/sharing/rest/content/users/itemowner/folderid/items/itemid?f=json&token= with an admin token or item owner’s token. A sharing object with a list of all groups and group owners are available.
- Remove or unshare the items from the unwanted groups.
