The DDE Manager client startup hangs at 'Generating Settings panels' and fails to launch if all data resources are removed.

Replace the broken config.csv file that is in the directory ...\Program Files\DDE\translationControl\system with a) a backup of the same file, b) a copy of the same file from another DDE installation, or c) re-install DDE to get the default config.csv file.Schritte zur Reproduzierung
