The dataset created by establishing a relationship in ArcGIS Insights for ArcGIS Enterprise shows 0 records when using a double type join field from a shapefile or feature layer.

Workaround

Create a field with the long field type, and either copy or calculate the values into the new field for use as a join or use another common field that is not of the double field type.
