The data migration prompt in the ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App does not appear in ArcGIS Enterprise, preventing the migration of custom infographic templates created in Esri 2024 from appearing in the Esri 2025 data source.

Workaround
Download the templates as a file, and use the "Add template from file" option in the new Esri data source to import the custom templates.
