The Curvature tool produces extremely high output values when the input raster dataset is of high spatial resolution.

Cell values in the output curvature result are correctly calculated based on the curvature equation http://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/latest/tools/spatial-analyst-toolbox/how-curvature-works.htm The values are very high because cell size and thus L value in the equation is very small, which is 1 in this case.Workaround
