The Create Feature Class tool in ArcGIS Pro fails when applying a custom keyword for partitioned data.

Workaround

1. Run the tool with ArcPy using the same template feature class and same configuration keyword for the feature class to be created correctly.
2. In ArcMap 10.8.2, use the Create Feature Class tool to create the feature class with the same template feature class and same configuration keyword.
