The content shared with a user from a separate ArcGIS Online organization through a cross-organizational group returns the following error message when accessed in ArcGIS Pro, "Failed to add data: [serviceURL]."

- Only access services in ArcGIS Pro which are hosted in the organization the ArcGIS Online user is a member of.
- Use ArcMap to access the feature services shared from other organizations through the cross-organizational groups.
