Workaround

Note: This workaround sends emails manually to any person who has signed up, including users who have abandoned all of their assets.

1. Export the table from ArcMap as a CSV file.
2. Open the file in Excel and remove all but the email column.
3. Run the Remove Duplicates (Data > Data Tools) tool.
4. Turn the column into a pivot table (Insert Pivot Table).
5. In the Pivot Table Menu, drag the "Email" option to the column section.
6. Select the row with the emails list and copy it.
7. Open a new Excel file and paste the values only (Paste 123).
8. Save this file as a CSV.
9. Open the CSV in a text editor such as Notepad.
10. Find and replace all "," with ";"
11. Copy the list of emails into the email client.
