This issue is not reproducible in the latest version of ArcGIS Web AppBuilder.Workaround
Download the latest edition of ArcGIS Web AppBuilder Developer from https://developers.arcgis.com/web-appbuilder/, and get the files for the Batch Attribute Editor widget. The widget can be used as a custom widget in the existing ArcGIS Web AppBuilder apps.
