The Attribute Table widget in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder displays domain codes instead of descriptions when selecting 'Export all to CSV' if the field has an empty domain value for the first feature.

Workaround

• Add a new domain to the problematic field's List that contains a 'None' or 'Other' option, or something to that effect, so there are no empty values.
• In the Attribute Table widget, click the problematic field and click 'sort descending'. When exporting all to CSV, the problematic field now displays the description.
