This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Survey123. If the issue occurs, please contact Esri Support Services as additional information is required for further investigation.Workaround
Instead of updating the survey in the ArcGIS Survey123 field app, delete the survey from the ArcGIS Survey123 field app and redownload the survey. The survey will reflect the changes made in ArcGIS Survey123 Connect.
