The ArcGIS Survey123 cascade question displays the drop-down for the subsequent question in ArcGIS Survey123 Connect, the desktop app, and the mobile app, but works correctly in the browser.

The tableName parameter for both choice lists in the provided sample XLSForm matches, which is not supported. Table names must be unique when using the search() appearance; otherwise, the tables overwrite each other.
