The ArcGIS Online Map Viewer introduces distortion to the shape length and shape area fields of hosted layers published from ArcMap with supported projected coordinate systems.

Please contact Technical Support if this issue reoccurs with ArcGIS Pro/Map Viewer.Workaround
1. In ArcGIS Online, add a new field as a double field type.
2. Click the new field > Calculate.
3. In the Calculate Field dialog box, select Shape_Length under the Fields section. This provides the correct values.
