This is an underlying behavior of JavaScript and will not be addressed. The behavior is a result of using floating-point numbers.Workaround
The pop-up labels and attribute table can be set to be rounded to the nearest decimal, which provides the appearance of the correct number, but this does not fix the incorrect number.
