The ArcGIS Dashboards List element removes hyperlinks that use an attribute field as the source when the HTML is edited via the Source code view after the ArcGIS Online February 2024 release.

Workaround

Set up the hyperlink through the graphic user interface (GUI). Apply the steps below:

1. Highlight the display text used for the link.
2. Click the hyperlink button in the text editing interface (do not edit using the source tab).
3. Enter the URL field. For example, {field/incidenturl}.
