The ArcGIS 10.3.1 Web Adaptor (IIS) adds the wrong Content-Type header when a web map service (WMS) contains no header information in Portal 10.3.1 for ArcGIS.

Configure Portal 10.3.1 for ArcGIS with the ArcGIS 10.3.1 Web Adaptor for Java. When configured, it passes the Content-Type ’text/plain;charset=utf-8 header’ which succeeds and allows Portal for ArcGIS to display the service.Schritte zur Reproduzierung
