The PatchFinder tools only describe CORE ArcGIS software products. PatchFinder will list all core ArcGIS products, hot fixes, and patches installed on your local machine. Patches released after 11-2015 include the following specific verbiage: 'How to identify which ArcGIS products are installed To determine if the product(s) for this ArcGIS patch are installed, choose the appropriate operating system version of the PatchFinder utility for your environment and run it from your local machine. PatchFinder will list all core ArcGIS products, hot fixes, and patches installed on your local machine. 'Workaround
