The Apply button is greyed out within the Modify Subnetwork Controller pane for Gas Utility Network. Unable to change the name of a subnetwork.

Workaround

Utilize the Remove Subnetwork Controller workflow. Refer to the following documentation: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/data/utility-network/remove-a-subnetwork-controller.htm and recreate the controller with the appropriate name.
