The aggregated features legend causes symbology to develop a transparency when additional values are added in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer.

This is as-designed behavior with how the API is generating the legend symbols based on the symbols being used. Log an enhancement or create an idea in https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-online-ideas/idb-p/arcgis-online-ideas and the team will look into updating how the symbols for the legend are being generated in this case.Workaround
If a custom symbology is used, try another format such as JPEG or PNG.
