The Add Data widget in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder (ArcGIS Enterprise) prompts for ArcGIS Online credentials when adding data from Living Atlas subscriber content.

Workaround

1. Add the layers from Living Atlas to Portal for ArcGIS.
2. Store credentials with the item. Refer to Add Secure Services to ArcGIS Enterprise Portal.
3. Modify the sharing level (for example, public, private, groups) accordingly.
4. Open the Add Data widget. switch to display content from My Organization, and search for the recently added subscriber content.
