Surveys created in Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS 1.6.11 display Hebrew letters in survey titles as question marks when the surveys are downloaded from ArcGIS Online to the Survey123 mobile application (version 1.6.11) on iOS devices.

Workaround
Create surveys with Hebrew letters in the title using the beta version of Survey123 for ArcGIS to allow surveys to be created through the web browser.
