Submitting surveys using the Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS Reverse Geocode sample template in the Survey123 for ArcGIS field app results in the error, "String or binary data would be truncated. The statement has been terminated."

Workaround

In the survey form in Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS, increase the field length of the 'sign in check' question in the survey to 50,000 and republish the survey. This allows users to submit data via the Survey123 for ArcGIS field app without error messages.
