StreetMap premium 2020 r4 dataset is reporting an incorrect drive time for HWY 915.

Workaround

HERE and INCREMENT is changing the coding of the entire stretch of HWY-915 to be SpeedCat 4 (71-90 km/h), and have also noted the posted speed limit as being 80 km/h for all of HWY-915. This change is reflected in their 2021Q4 data release, which means that SMP North America will see this in the 2022R1 release.
