Their is a registry entry that allows users to specify the behavior of COGO fields when features are edited:REG_DWORD: HKCU\Software\ESRI\Desktop10.0\ArcMap\Garcia\CogoFeature Class\ClearCOGOAttributesDescription: This determines whether or not to clear the COGO attributes when a feature is modified by commands in the Editor. A value of 1 (default) means to clear attributes and 0 means to not clear attributes.There is also a setting in the Advanced ArcMap Settings > Advanced Editing tab.Schritte zur Reproduzierung
